We document here what our hiring procedures. This is a constant refinement of the hiring process and highlight key procedures that we have found to have worked wonderfully. We are extremely selective with the people that we work with since team forming is such an expensive process.
Your experience with us, however, may differ according to circumstances.
Upon submission of your resumes and related documents, we will evaluate each candidate within 3 working days. We will begin communicating with you through emails, ask for code samples and will eventually arrange for a phone conversation. We will select up to two candidates for each position to undergo further evaluation.
We will never hire a technical team member without first having worked with him on an actual project.
We may ask each selected candidate to work on a very focused and selected portion of our software. If you are located outside of Singapore, this will be done remotely. You will be working on production material, so you will get a good feel of your future working environment. In return, we also get to have a comprehensive understanding of you. This assignment may take up to one month to complete.
This will be a paid assignment should we choose not to proceed with you beyond the evaluation.
If you are located in Singapore, we will make the Employment Offer at this stage. If you are outside of Singapore, we will proceed further as elaborated below.
Overseas candidates may be brought into Singapore at our cost. We may choose to further work with you over a period of one month. We may make the Employment Offer anytime within this period.
